Solent Credit Union? |
Solent Credit Union helps members to save regularly, and can thereby provide affordable loans. Many members volunteer to work within the credit union, and thereby benefit all the members, and the local community. The activities of the credit union are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). |
Who runs the credit union? Solent Credit Union is managed and controlled by its members, through a volunteer Board of Directors and the Credit and Supervisory Committees. The Board Members and the Committee Members are elected from the membership at the Annual General Meeting, where all members present have one vote (regardless of the size of their savings).
